I had the worst experience here at this vet. The girls at the front desk didn't know anything they were rude and seemed like they did not even want to be there.While i was waiting for my appointment the girls were sitting their talking about there weekend and taking their sweet time to get my things together to get me in a room. I waited 30 minutes before i was even seen. The Dr came in she was nice but smelled really bad like smoke!! After the appointment was over i was sent back up to the front to pay my bill another 10 minutes went by waiting for them to charge me out and then when i get my bill it was way over priced. I do not mind paying higher prices but not with this bad of service. When i called to get my records faxed to my new vet the girl who answered the phone was rude and at this point i was fed up so i asked her name and she said Elizabeth and she was the office manager. So i paused in shock and then said I will just have my new vet call you to get my records and hung up. I was so livid at the service i received and their poor quality that i would advise anyone that chooses to go their to think it over twice!!

I adopted a puppy and found she had an infection and needed an appointment on Saturday and got one just hours after I called. They were kind fell in love with my new poodle girl and saw that I was frightened and eased my fears as well. I got great service, lots of information for my puppy and starter kit for heart worm.I have taken my dog back another time and yes, the price is high and the tests are expensive, but it is the going rate.I will keep using them!

Please beware of this clinic. They are known for missing things on x-rays and misdiagnosing common problems. This happened to me personally and since I didnt listen to other peoples warnings, it resulted in the death of my beloved. If you love your pet, you will find another vet.

I would NEVER recommend these murderers and breedists the staff was miserably rude and they were over priced and just plain nasty! they should have their license revoked

We have taken our dog to YVAH since he was a pup and we have had great experiences overall. He actually likes going in, all the staff are great with him and each doctor seems pretty good at figuring out what is going on. I will say, however, that service comes at a price and there are times when it seems like they run a lot of tests that tend to inflate your bills quite a bit. Are they unnecessary tests? Probably not. But would another vet do the minimal number and then do more if things don't improve- possibly. So it is probably technically very good care, but at a cost that is often pretty high.

Ygnacio Animal Hospital has provided excellent medical care for my pure bred Labrador Retrievers for 12 years. They can be trusted to be honest and provide competent care. My experience with them should you require a specialist is that you will be refered to a reputable and very competent specialist.Over the years I feel as if we are friends and not just "patients". I could not be more pleased with them! Susan

This is a really cute place that has excellent vets! I have been myself many times to get a check-up on my cats. Most recently, i went with a friend adn her cat who was hurt. They took the cat in and gave it exactly what it needed. They take good care of those animals you love and you should never worry when you furry friends are in their care

My 3 hamsters, 2 bunnies, and my golden retriever are all patients at this animal hosptial. I would reccommend this animal hospital because you can bring your whole "family." alot of clinics dont see rodents or other small animals. The prices are reasonable and I always remind myself "You get what you pay for" so I am glad I found a great clinic with the BEST doctors! I also love it because its a small cozy clinic and its makes me feel welcomed. Dr. Ervin is my animals doctor and she knows EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Pisanelli is also one of my favorite doctors here. The staff there are great and will go 110% to make sure your animals healthy.

I was very pleased at what Ygnacio Animal Hospital did for my pet. She was treated immediately, and they acted very professional about it. ( She had surgery ) The bill was a bit higher than I had expected, but what can I do, she means the world to me. Anyways, they gave her anti infection medicine, and scheduled a checkup. I am very impressed!

I basically think any store of company that is trying to help any animals is just great. These people offer help to people who's animals are ill, and try to get them back to their health. It is pretty close to where I live, and the prices are pretty reasonable. They give you great tips on caring for animals, and future treatments to use if the same thing happens again.
I recommend this vet because it is very local and convenient.

These people are really good vets. Recently, when my cat had a bug bite and ended up scratching a chunk of her cheek off, we took her here. It was during their lunch break, but they still took us in- after all, it WAS an emergency. Immediately they gave her anesthesia and stitched her up. Then after her stitches were due to be off, they took her right in and had her out in less than 5 minutes! They are very expensive but you can't put a price on your furry friend now can you? But I am definetaly looking into insurance now. They accept VIP pet insurance (petinsurance.com).
