They will see you stand there for 10 minutes in line and not even serve you. Same goes for the drive through! Also, they won't even check their messages to see if your doctor has called, so your prescription won't be ready

This Rite aid never has enough cashiers! Yesterday am there were 12 customers in line,one cashier open,After 10 minutes of waiting in line the cashier called for help.The store seems dark and crowded.

DONT GET YOUR PERSCRIPTION FILLED HERE!!
Everytime I have gone to get my perscription filled I've had to wait a LONG LONG time. They are disorganized and don't really know what they are doing back in the pharmacy. Save your time and patience and trythe Rite Aid across town or try Target if you are looking for something convienent.

This is your average run-of-the-mill Rite Aid. It's very close to my place, so I can walk there. The coolest thing is their online prescription refills. Every time I need a refill, they email me to let me know. Then I can fill out the form and pay online and pick my medicine up. I don't have to wait in lines or waste time shopping for things that I don't need. If you get regular refills, this will definitely save you time.
