I never thought I could ever even attempt yoga or pilates, I'm not that flexible, but here the staff made me confident that aI could do it and I was taught with easy to use techniques!

Tucked into a non-descript strip-mall next to a pizza take-out restaurant is this oasis of calm. The owner Lanita has experienced many health challenges in her own life and thus has taken great efforts to adapt yoga asanas (postures) to meet every physical limitation--be it injury, MS, fibromyalgia, obesity (I could go on...) If you have any desire to experience yoga, but just haven't thought it possible, give this studio a call and let them convince you. Lanita even travels to the homes of people unable to leave their own bed and teaches private lessons to them. Her motto is that yoga is for everyone. She made me a believer!

PROS: Gentlest yoga I've ever experienced
CONS: It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it's clean and comfortable.
