If you only like meat and cheese on your sandwich, go for the Renzo Special; otherwise try the Molinari Special sandwich.

My old roommate used to buy our groceries here and cook for us. She cooked their housemade ravioli in her family's pasta sauce -- heaven. If you are looking for fresh pasta in SF, this is absolutely the place to go.

I've eaten at many of the small mom and pop stores, and some in San Francisco. Some of my best experiences have been at Mr Pickles, A.G. Ferrari, Lunardi's, Piazza's, Lucca Deli, and others that escape my mind. This one is right up there

Pros: Awesome sandwich experience! Especially the Salami

Cons: bit pricey, but this is SF, could wash hands more.

This landmark Italian deli smells, tastes, and sounds like the corner deli's of days gone by. Their cheeses and salamis are full of hearty flavor. Whether resident or tourist, it's a destination that's not to be missed.

San Francisco is my ancestral homeland. Whenever my little french grandma came to San Diego to visit, she brought a Molinari salami and a Boudain loaf of sourdough. They have the best salami anywhere. We order to be shipped to San Diego

I have been to this place three times, each time I was disapointed and really couldn't see what the hype was all about. I love a good sandwich and this place is mediocre at best. You could make a better sandwich at home. There are
