Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I've had 3 experiences with them and used them intitially because of the convenience of their location; definitely NOT worth it.\r\n\r\nRoad hazard warranty on tires? No good if you get a nail in your tire. ""It's an outside object that caused the damage and that voids the warranty"", was the excuse I got. If the tire has to be replaced they are conveniently ""out of stock"" on the original and will sell you an expensive mongrel that they're probably trying to deplete from their stock. They are good for nothing unless you are prepared to do without your car for the entire day at the very least, no matter how minor the repair. If it's a major repair, you could possibly be without your car for over a week. \r\n\r\nThey will try to sell you services you do not need (alignment for $100.) and then take a year and a day to perform the services they provide.\r\n\r\nIncompetent, over-priced and careless. And they do it all with a smile. Don't be fooled. I am appalled that they're still in business.

I purchased my tires from wheel works, so when I got a flat I went back to them for repairs. I had a nail in my tire. I called wheel works on thursday to talk to them about the hole, if they could fix it, and if they had replacement tires in stock. They looked up my record said to come on in.\r\n\r\nI came in on Saturday, and left my car for an alignment, flat repair, and possible tire replacement. It was 10ish. They said to come back 12-12:30, or they would call if they finished early.\r\n\r\nI do not live in the area, so I wandered around fillmore for 2+ hours and came back at 12:30. I checked in and they said ""oh, run flat tires cant be repaired"".....okay, I said ""you have all my information in your computer, couldnt you have told me that Thursday?""...well I asked ""did they have another tire to replace it with""? Then they tried to sell me a different tire?!?! Didnt have the one I needed in stock. \r\n\r\nIn addition they did not align the vehicle. It sat there for 2.5 hours. Nothing was done. No diligence was performed with my initial call on Thursday....and a complete waste of my time. Just excuses.\r\n\r\nVery poor.

After having my car for over three hours for a simple tire repair, I called them to find out where my car was. They told me that they called to let me know I needed a new tire, but didn't leave a message because they were ""busy"". They didn't have my tire in stock but suggested another brand. I have spoken to a tire expert and this is not a safe alternative. You should never mix the brands of tires on your car. I used to have such good service here, but they went down hill. I do not recomend this place at all!
