I think that this is the most poorly run business in town. They has a very immature rude staff. I would never give this business my patronage again. I would suggest the owners/managers take a good look at their business. I would imagine it won't be there for much longer.

I think that patrons should be able to make an appointment and then fill out a bio at the time of the visit. Why would you make your customers make an additional trip. I think they should rethink this requirement.
