We went... once. The local paper offered a coupon, so we gave it a shot. We won't go back. It wasn't bad or anything, but it certainly wasn't memorable. I'd rather spend my dining dollars elsewhere.

Super burgers!! The best!

Pros: Example: best croissants in town

Cons: What are the drawbacks?

.

The 2 pound burger and steak friese are absolutely amazing. They give you alot of food. Sit out on the patio... it's a laid-back place with great food, decent prices and good service. A full bar, tons to look at, and there's even a little library where you can take a book and bring another one back at your convenience.

My husband and I eat here weekly. The food is great and enough to feed a small army. The staff is always happy to see you and makes you feel like family. There is one chick who works there who is slow as molasses and good luck getting her

Pros: Huge portions, friendly staff

Cons: Some of the staff is a little flaky.

Outlaw's turkey burger is the best turkey burger on the Westside, if not all of Southern California. Don't get me wrong, their blue cheese burger & bbq burger are delectible, but the turkey burger is the one to salivate over. Service &

Here is a place where the menu is obviously over the head of this bar owner. I was in a steak mood, ordered the 16oz porterhouse which came with a salad, bread, "starch" and a veggie for $28. Seemed like a good deal. Salad was OK, roll

Pros: OK for a beer and fries - anything else - forget it

Cons: Operator has no concept of food quality - just a bar

.

This is a centrally located grill restaurant in Playa. They serve brugers and steaks ranging in size from normal to enormous. Good steak fries and other sides to go with it all. The decor and theme are wild west and a little hokey, but the food was good and the prices weren't bad. Friendly service and good parking.

This casual Playa del Rey institution serves up heaping portions of comfort food staples. The most popular item on the eclectic menu are the oversized mouthwatering burgers--choose your favorite toppings and dig in. Other crowd-pleasers

Outlaws is pretty good. Not a great steakhouse, but pretty good. The portions are HUGE, and the prices are above average.

I got the Pepper steak, which was lite on the pepper, but was topped with grilled onions, mushrooms and bacon. A

The burgers here are huge, and it's easy to see how your eyes might be bigger than your stomach. But they certainly know how to satisfy that craving for well-cooked cow, and if it's meat you want, you sould give it a try!

What's all this hub-bub about burgers? This place is a great spot for breakfast. Sit on the deck and enojoy the sun, or sit inside and watch the game on the big screen. Regardless, the food is great, and the staff friendly. Oh yeah -

Pros: Food, Service, Fun

Editorial from

Though the place looks like a biker bar in a Western town, Outlaw's has a loyal crowd of local businessmen, bohemians and colorful characters who mix in a friendly, chaotic atmosphere. We've seen a Buddhist monk in saffron robes at the bar…
