I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It's absolutely huge, you never have a problem with parking, they have EVERYTHING you could possibly want toy-wise, it's super organized... I could spend hours in there. (In fact, I have!) This is *THE* place to go if you're looking for a gift for a child!

The last time I went was around Christmas. The store was packed and the staff had no time to help me out. Also there were very long lines at the counters and they should have had many more people at the counter. Understaffed atleast during Christmas. Good facilities for changing infants though. Note that this experience was only at this particular store. I have had good experience at other Toy R us.

people here are very nice. the service was very helpful and friendly. the toys here are a bit higher in price than most toy stores so i'm not thrilled about that. the place looks nice and descent. the toys were not scattered around or anything so that's a good thing. overall, it was good. no big complaints here.

the workers here are nice. the deals really suck and they hardly have any sales. if any sales at all, they're still expensive. the store is always messy. it is ok.

This place is well organized and have friendly workers to help you. During Christmas is crazy and the workers may no grab your attention since they have so much to juggle but other than that everything seems to run smoothly. If you have babies and you need to change their diapers than head to the woman's restroom. They have changing facilities there. They have diapers and baby wipes for the cost of nothing. I'm not sure if the men's bathroom have them. The kids get to try the toys out for instance bikes. They can ride the bikes around the whole store without anyone of the workers saying anything. Sometimes they have events with Jeffoery for the kids.
