Cute place. Went there after a horseback ride. Great live music. Had a Cadillac Margarita which was great. Food, not so good. I had pork which was dry and came out with no sauce. Asked for a side of sauce and they brought me what looked

I only ate here once for a meet up with friends. The food was forgettable but fresh. Not good enough for me to go back.

Absolutely the best fajitas in Burbank... possibly in the entire valley! Friendly wait staff and bartenders and a well stocked bar. Finest tequila available!

Very reasonable cost. Certainly competitive with other restaraunts in the area. Fine atmosphere and right by the Equestrian center and Pickwick bowling alley.

The best albondigas soup ever! The only downside to this place is the smell from the horses that are constantly trotting by. They are fun to watch, but the smell can get to you as you walk in. The food is great and affordable, and the service is quick and friendly!

I have only eaten at the restaurant a few times, but the Mexican food was delicious. The Equestrian Center is right behind the restaurant, so there are always a bunch of horses parked there while their owners are eating.

After a couple hours of competitive jumping at the equestrian center you can wander here for food, booze, and honky tonk tunes. You can even tie up your horse at the nearest hitching post and keep an eye on him through the window.

I love Viva Fresh and go there often. The food is great and the service is polite and fast. Although they seem to have problems getting special orders correct. With providing extras they may need to be reminded to bring them. I also like going and listing to the music the house band is a great bunch of players but sometimes a little loud in the main room. My wife loves to go and sit in the back room to watch the horses. Viva is one of my favorite restaurants but is small and old so it is more of a local haunt. I encourage you to go and enjoy a margarita and some fajitas.

I've been here a few times as it's down the street from my work and fell in love with their wet chicken burritos, enchilado style! They're huge and $6. The service is pretty shoddy though and their tables in the middle dining room are miniscule. Their margaritas are decent if not overpriced at $12.

I have been here quite a few times and my friends and I always insist on making this our party place. The drinks are great and the food is good, some nights there is live music. The patio area is great for socializing too. Its one of the best places if you need to accomodate more than 10 people and sit all together and for a fun time!

I am a big fan of mexican food and this is another restaurant that I recommend. They have a smokers and a non smoking section. They also have live entertainment and pool tables. The guacamole dip is great. The atmosphere of the restaurant is okay, the service is great. Prices are moderate, plenty of parking is available.

This is a painful review to write. Viva Fresh used to be simply called Viva. It was a family owned restaurant operating in the same location since 1965. I used to go there every Friday night as a child. It wasn't the healthiest Mexican food, but what five year old cares about that. Ben was the greatest waiter and after dinner I could go look at the horses hitched up in back.

At first when Viva Fresh took over, things got better. They remodeled the restaurant and, though I missed the dark vibe it had before, I liked the live music area and the healthier additions to the menu.

Now, the food is terrible. I think they use chicken from a can. How anyone can screw up something as simple as a quesadilla I'll never know.

At least the margaritas are still OK.
