My child had a very specific tutoring need that needed to be filled. I spoke to the staff and they indicated they could fill that need. I was told there was a No-Risk Promotional offer that we could take advantage of. If we were unhappy at any point all our monies would be refunded. Of course, my child had to be tested first. After the testing, I was told my child was 2 grade levels behind and needed over $6000 in tutoring. This was ludicrous as my child is an honor student at a private high school. When I refused to enroll her in the program, they refused to refund the monies I paid under the no risk promotion. They became very argumentative and told me that the college-prep high school she was attending was teaching her the wrong skills and she would never pass college entrance exams. I highly recommend hiring a private tutor that can specifically meet your child's needs rather than one of these assembly line facilities.
