5 Stars: Awesome! (by Kathy S.)

Parkhouse Eatery has one of the best brunches in town. They have wonderful linguini and mimosas are great too. They also have a lamb burger that's unreal. You need to stay patient, though, as it sometimes gets packed.

5 Stars: Worth the wait (by Barbara D.)

Yes, the wait is a little long...but well worth it! This is some of the best breakfast food around...hence the long lines (really, I usually only wait about 20 minutes). I would particularly recommend their Sunrise Mimosa (it has fresh raspberry puree!) and the pumpkin pancakes...my favorite! Huge portions, very reasonably priced! I'll even give you my secret...order a 1/2 order of whatever pancake you want, add eggs and bacon and it's still more than I can eat and less than 10 bucks. Yummy yummy...you will love it.

4 Stars: LOVED IT (by Petrina L.)

I was visiting my brother in San Diego and he took me out to this place--it was amazing! The menu had many options I could hardly pick only one thing. I had a "fancy" coffee and a mimosa--both stellar and yeah it can be pricey--but it was WELL worth it. It is definitely a locals hang out and I encourage everyone to give it a try!

3 Stars: Excellent cooking! But is it worth it?? (by Christopher M.)

Breakfast here was excellent. The food was cooked to perfection. But the long waits, the cramped tables, the confusing menu, and the slow service make me wonder if it is worth it.
From the clusters of people standing around the clock on weekends, you have to guess that most people think it IS worth the trouble.
But here's a downer...don't sit by the little patch of garden in the outdoor seating area. It has a distinct "doggy" odor that really cuts the charm factor.
While I rate Parkhouse Eatery 3 stars, my friend Jonathan says 4 stars, and Audra says 5 stars. So maybe I am being a little rough...
At least the food is good, and you will be surrounded by trendy locals.
