.

I walked into the store without any expectations. Wait I did have one, I expect to be treated professionally and with courtesy. Well my expectations of course were certainly not met. I was there to obtain a quote on jewelry and coins, and explained that. He did not bother to explain the process so I asked if you consider the jewelry scrap or as actual jewelry...he indicated scrap...it's all scrap. I have some sentimental value to this items, so I think that was insensitive. However, that is my issue not his. We proceeded as he calculated the items I asked more questions. Namely, how much individual pieces were, well he became a bit irritated and haughty and said, well I'd have to start the process all over again. I'm sorry, is it not your job? You should have explained it to me in the first place. I just said forget it. I was waiting for the another individual to complete reviewing the coins. The one who did the jewelry kept commenting--and he didn't know a thing about the coins.. Oh it's gold plated it cannot be solid gold. Well, since you're not the expert why don't we let him handle it?\r\n\r\nThat's fine, I figure it's like a used car lot, they're going to get as much from you as they can right? But seriously, the difference between a gold plated coin versus a solid gold coin is tremendous. Are you kidding me, in this day and age you're trying to pull a fast one like that? Even if he wasn't his attitude was certainly uncalled for.\r\n\r\nWait yes there is more...the individual who looked at the jewelry? Started ""singing"" a sing, that sounded really like derrogatory Asian terms and/or noises. Hmmm leading me to believe, rascist $$%^%&*^*%... Whatever there are always ignorant people like this. \r\n\r\nSummary. Unprofessional and they low balled me on the jewelry trying to say if it doesn't sell then it's just scrap anyways. I have received decent estimates from other places. I'll be bringing my business there. Don't waste your time and/or gas.
