I think that every time that I have went to Borders they have had the book that I needed. The customer services is great. Whenever I needed help trying to find a book they would point me in the right direction. The books can be expensive but overall I would come back again.

I work at Best Buy next door and nothing is more relaxing then to walk over to Borders and relax in the lazy chairs and read a magazine. The staff is great and the food has improved as well. The only problem is the prices. Although coffee prices are about average with the market; their sandwich prices are out of this world. But id rather go their then quiznos any day.

I love Borders for it's awesome selection of books, music, and even movies. They cater to a wide audience; everything from horror to new age to the occult can be found here, and beyond. Some of their books are a bit pricy, but overall they're pretty decent with what they sell, especially when they start having sales and special promotions. I've never had any trouble finding what I want in that store; everything is so easily accessible, and if you want to, you can use of the easy-to-use kiosks located throughout the store to search for a book and see if it's in stock. Wonderful!

Borders's book are always in bad condition. They are always bent, ripped, or colored on (often looking previously used). The prices are not very good.

This Borders is a far less busy location than their partner in Mission Valley, giving it less the feel of a gathering spot than, well, a functional bookstore.
Which is good in that if you need help, it's easy to find. And it's right next to an electronics store and across from Parkway Plaza, so one stop for everyone in your family.
