This Place is great!!I was going to pay up to 400.00 dollars in repairs at another place,and the owner made it to where I only paid $60.00. This place will always get my business!! Very Happy Customer!

Was referred to Sarkis by a female friend when I moved to Pasadena 15 yrs ago. Was looking for an honest mechanice. Came from a shop that wanted to charge me $1000.00 for a simple service! Sarkis took a look and said it would be no more than $150.00. I've been a loyal customer ever since!!! When he sees a woman coming he doesn't see dollar signs. He is a family man, he's fair, honest, and he is a GREAT mechanic!!!

This is a great place! Lester was very honest and called me to give me an estimate before he did the work. When there was a mistake in the price because he forgot tax, he called and asked me first if it was ok. They took me in the same day & had all my work done in an hour and a half and there was a lot of work

Seriously folks, this is a great auto repair shop. Don't think twice about taking your vehicles here. The fair pricing, honest and thorough customer services and the promptness of their attention to your car is not comparable to any other auto shop. Do you see these other reviews? For an auto shop? Go see Sarkis!

I have taken my car back to them for any work that it needs, because they have always been great guys in terms of promptness, pricing, etc. Not like any other shop where you don't know what you are getting into.

I had an excellent experience, they were fair and honest, not looking to make an extra buck, they worked with me as I am a college student. Super time efficient, can't complain. I would go there again.

I would like to thank you Sarkis and the team for giving me a great customer service. I had very bad experience with different auto shops, charging me extra and fixing extra parts that I did not have any problems with and charging me arms and legs. But luckily I end up A & A and that was it. Spoke with Sarkis and he took care of my car and took care of my stress. I am very happy with their service and will continue taking my car to A & A. They are taking their time to explain, fix and send you happy home. For sure I recommend you to take your car to A & A and trust Sarkis.

We have been taking our vehilces here for years. They take us in right away and get the problems sovled quickly. Sarkis is extremely capable and not one to rip you off. He has many loyal customers because of his expertise and fairness.

Took my car in with unknown issues; 2 leaks, an odd noise and a huge nail in my tire. All issues were resolved in a very timely manner at the estimated price. They were very friendly and honest about time estimates, etc. Will use again!

they diagnosed the problem correctly and told me it was going to cost 110. However when I went to pick the car up they said it would be 145 and had done work that I didn't ask them to do and told they weren't going to do. Customer service is poor. they are very slow and very disorganized. If your in a pinch they will work but I would find a different mechanic.

Wow! What a joint! A&A Tire does it all. From a simple oil change to a brake job to an engine overhaul, this place knows their stuff! Chaos and crowds in abundance but worth the honest service and discount prices. Sarkis has been in business for 15 years and will greet you with a smile and treat you with integrity whether it's a Mercedes or a Honda you're bringing in. Good coffee in the lobby and great dynamic amongst the employees. Restores your faith in mechanics. Recommend to all!

I went to A&A Tire and Auto to have some tires mounted and balanced on the wheels on my truck. I had gotten a quote from one of the chain stores and was shocked at the price--something like $150 just to mount and balance four pickup tires. A&A charged me $55, and I think it would have been lower if I had been there before. They seem like a place that likes recognizing their customers. I only had to wait about an hour while they did the work, and I showed up on a Saturday afternoon.

Sarkas is the most honest man in the business. I have been taking my cars here for over 7 years and will not go anywhere else. He is constantly trying to get me to spend less money by telling me things I should not have done right now. My one piece of advice is that if he tries to charge you too little money than for what the job is worth, go ahead an pay him extra. He is just that honest. We have become friends since I started coming to him. I was originnally referred to him from a friend who has lived in Pasadena for 30 years.

After having them recommended by a friend, I went there the next time I needed to get my oil changed. They discovered (and showed me!) a problem that no mechanics had mentioned to me before - and then went far out of their way to fix it. Polite, professional, oil covered, and competent.

This place consistently gives good auto repair at very afforable prices. It's dirty and disorganized, the way a good auto shop should be. The owner is honest and helpful every time I speak with him.

I don't take my cars anywhere else.
