South Bay Childrens Urgent

I was surprised to learn there was an alternative to taking my sick child to the emergency room on the weekend. When my daughter became very sick on a Saturday afternoon, she was able to see a physician quickly, get an exam and strep screen, and we were on our way with a prescription in no time. Open evenings and weekends, this little clinic hidden in a commercial plaza was a lifesaver. They were less helpful when I contacted them about a possible sprained ankle and I was told to go to the emergency room, but for illness, they were everything we needed when we needed it.
