Don't go to buy a car at Triple Crown. We purchased a vehicle and within 120 miles we had already put 1400 dollars into it. First sensors failed then the computer went out and last (hopefully) but not least the car actually caught fire. Yes I said "fire". Again don't trust or buy from Triple Crown. We called to see if they wanted to stand behind their product, they declined to help.

I went to check out a truck at their roseville location that was advertised at 64,014 miles. I had called twice to verify mileage. When I arrived it was 77,000 miles. A few hundred miles is excusable, but 13,000? What else weren't they telling me?

The sales people are unprofessional, rude, pushy and aren't very good at selling. They do not negotiate, so don't even try. I have never run into that anywhere. Save your money and go to a legitimate dealership. Check out reviews on other sites like Yelp and Yahoo to get a more informed opinion.

We had a great experience here! The inventory was beautiful. Nice selection, all very reasonably priced. I found exactly what I wanted. We didn't know it was a "No Haggle" place, but the prices were fair and we are very happy with our new Lexus. Colby took great care of us. We'd send our friends. -Casey & Greg Saumure

even though i bought a nice car i feel i over paid for it.
its was blue booked at 8100 priced at 8995 plus tax.
poor service they dont even call u back for an update of whats going on with the loan that i was trying to qualify for. they said they would call me back the next day after i was in there to let me know what was going on. but nothing, i finally called them back after 4 days.
i took care of the loan my self, dont let them find you someone to get financed with. the lenders that they wanted me to go with were going to charge me %15 interest. i did have some negative things of my credit report but from 2002.
i got accepted with wells fargo for %7 interest.

i requested the carfaxx and they said ok its going to take alittle time. and right when i bought the car i asked for the car faxx again and they said "no". i think because i had already signed the paper work stupid of me. GET THE CAR FAXX BEFORE YOU HAND THEM THE MONEY.
they seem real nice at first but WATCH OUT!.
they knew i was coming in to buy the car that day and when i test drove it the previous week they had a crappy battery in the car, after i bought it i still had the crappy battery and they just gave me some paper work to go to their folsom location to pick up a new battery, come on! isnt that poor service????
they should of had a battery ready for me or order a battery from a near by auto zone or kragen and i wouldnt have to go so far out of my way to get my battery, i have the triple license frame still, exept it now reads" BEWARE of TRIPLE CROWN. until i get a better frame, thats what people will see.

they do have some cheap cars there so only buy from them if your desperate like i was.
if you have any questions or comments feel free to email me at selmaguy1@yahoo.com. yes even u crappy triple crown people who read your own reviews.

I was looking for a car for about two months. I had limited money. I went to Triple Crown Auto Sales. Found the prices are better than anywhere. I said to myself,"good luck boy". I bought Nissan Altima of 2002 that looked good. To my surprise and disappointment the car did not start the next day. I have to tow it to the dealer. I missed that days work. Had to pay for towing. The mechanic said that there is problem in engine which needs to be fixed and will take probably a week time. They gave me a car to drive for that time. I did not want to take that Nissan anymore. But they gave me hard time and gave mental pressure. They helped in some way but gave big disappointment to me. Beware of the uninspected and unmaintained vehicles. Don't suffer like me.

I just bought a 2006 mazda3 from triple crown. Turns out that after the deal, I realized all 4 tires were badly worn out. Called them back and set an appt. To my surprise they quickly issue me 4 brand new tires no questions ask. I've bought lots of before and this has nvr happen before. Now I'm glad that Ive bought my car from this dealership. I will definitely shop here again if the this comes. I hope that this type of services keeps up to me and all others. Great service and keep it up!!

I have my car for sale on Craigslist and on another website. Today, I received a call from "Ryan" ( (916) 801-6046 ) a guy posing as a private buyer. He acted very interested in my car, but said he couldn't meet me at my house because he had to pick his kids up. However, he said he would be in Orangevale area and asked if I would meed him at Madison and Greenback. I said sure, I had no problem with that and I had no reason to think anything of it.

I exchanged several phone calls with this guy and as I got near where we were suppose to meet, he calls and says he is running late. He asked me if I would drive across the street to Triple Crown Auto that Alex and Dan are expecting me... I said sure, at this time not sure what to expect. I am starting to assume it is a scam, but I was thinking maybe these were his buddies...(ignorance on my part)

I pull up and I ask for Alex or Dan; however, they are both busy, so another guy named Colby comes out takes a look at my car. He runs the VIN and asks for my keys so he can take it for a test drive. While he is gone, I call "Ryan" and he says, "I am on my way, Alex will take care of you until I get there".

While Colby was on the test drive, I went inside to Triple Crown's office and waited for a few minutes, no one acknowledge me and more less ignored me. At this point, I figured out there was no Ryan and I should have just left. However, I figured I had already invested an hour of time and gas, so waited and see what they offer.

30 minutes after getting there, Alex tells me he just got off the phone with the owner and he is low balling you at $2,500, but if you drive to the other dealership in Roseville, the owner is there and when he sees how clean your car is he will give you at least another $500, maybe even $1,000...

Anyway, moral of the story is I got played and burned, but I did learn a lesson. However, I am more than a little annoyed and I would advise everyone on this board to stay away from this dealership and to those selling their cars to beware..

I purchased a car from Triple Crown a few years back and it was a good price, but it became apparent that the car was not checked very carefully for worn components, they did not take care of the maintenance items that it was due for, and had no service history on the vehicle. After a few minor repairs and a hefty amount of maintenance the old addage 'you get what you pay for' came to mind. It may have been less money to buy a car that was safe, current and carries more peace of mind. I returned to Triple Crown to buy another car, lured again by the low price, and this time I am looking at major problems with a car that was evidently underpriced because of major components that were showing signs of unusual wear. The salesman insisted that I buy a warantee (should have been a warning sign), and I agreed because I had the ability to prorate out of the warantee at any time. I can't say that he knew that the car had problems, but it is suspicious to me. The parts that failed are not covered under the 'full warantee' that cost me so much money, and now I'm left standing again with possibly less that what I paid for. Be warned of the risk you take with a dealership that sells other people's problems.

I had visited so many car lots and was finally so relieved to find Triple Crown. They had the exact car I was looking for. A 2003 mustang. Red and fully loaded and for only ten grand. I was so glad the shopping was over.
