I had ordered flowers for someone to be delivered to an office ONE BLOCK from their floral shop. Not only did the flowers not get there, but when I called to see what happened no one knew what the status was and I was told by someone who was at there store that he "didnt work there" but he had worked there in the past. I dont know what kind of shady business they are running and I have yet to get a refund on the flowers that were never sent. They could have walked the flowers over to the office thats how close it is, but instead they chose to screw me over. I will NEVER use this company again.

These people are a joke. I am never using them nor will I recommend. Apparently no one really works there or wants to take the blame for ruining BIG days for people. It seems that I am not the only one who they have upset. Ruining a birthday is one thing, but ruining a poor bride's wedding is ridiculous. I believe it was Tina who I spoke with on the phone and she is very rude. It took a lot not to speak up and tell her how rude she was. She answers the phone without a greeting and saying her name (she probably doesnt want anyone to know who the witch is on the other line. She yelled at me because I called two times to see where my flowers were...she shouted "I DONT KNOW!" What a way to run a floral business. It wasnt a big holiday, just a day that was special to me, so it shouldnt have been difficult to deliver a bouquet of flowers that are drastically over priced. And do the next person a favor Flower Cart..DONT deliver dead flowers to someone the day after an order is cancelled. You guys are a joke!

Tina's not so great with the calculator. When I first visited I knew something was off when the services sounded too cheap. I then asked Tina to recalculate to be sure of everything ... well, she forgot to add in my bridesmaid bouquets. No sweat - she gave me a new estimate. It was a little more than another estimate I received at another flower shop, however I felt that Tina had more of a grasp of what my vision was for the bouquets and wedding cake flowers and such. So at the end of that meeting, I gave her a deposit for the services and I left with a receipt with what flower arrangements and services I was to receive for my wedding - along with the cost (which was circled by Tina).

I paid in full within two weeks. The WEEK before my wedding, I called Tina regarding some of the details and to reconfirm everything was alright. And voila, the troubles began. She said I owed her approximately $15 more. I was angry that I had already paid in full and she "forgot" to calculate something else in. Then there were some unreturned phone calls and her voice mail box was full. I was a worried bride at this point! I met with her THREE days before my wedding and there was now a BIGGER SURPRISE. She said she recalculated again and I now owed her $150. I was in tears at that point and felt like she low balled me to get my service. There was no backing out at this point. She said to pay up and she was not going to argue with me. I began telling her that "her mistake was disastrous and she should have told me immediately after finding out there was such an error, and at this late of point, it should be her loss, not mine." Being as professional as Tina is, she walked away from me and said she would not speak to me while I'm angry. I then picked up my cellphone to ask my fiance to come speak to her, to which she said "Yea, call your boyfriend or fiance or whoever he is and argue with him, because I'm not going to argue with you."

Bottom line - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
