Ratings_icons Apts okay but maintennace is bad

Guy S.

I used to live at Trinity Management 240 Dolores "Casa Dolores" until a few years ago. The staff was great when I moved in in the late 90s, but it went downhill into the 2000's. The management seems to have a lot of trouble just keeping up the place doing routine and common sense regular maintenance of the apartment building:

1. The door knobs on fire escape doors would break so the door wouldn't open and there would be an "out of order" sign on them for days (gladly there were never any fires).

2. The hydraulic door closers on fire escape doors would become real loose so the doors would loudly slam shut instead of slow and quietly closing.

3. The hydraulic door closer on fire escape doors would break completely so the door wouldn't close at all.

4. Washing machines in the laundry rooms become unbalanced and practically walk themselves out of the laundry room door on an unbalanced load.

5. The best - that loosely swinging, banging large front gate at 240 Dolores. When it is swung shut it sounds like a gunshot going off, I wonder if the neighbors on Dolores street have been calling the police about gun shots being fired at 240 Dolores ! The frame and grillwork for that front gate is shaking itself loose from the gate being banged shut. You can check that out for yourself by just grabbing the gate grill and lightly pushing it, it will shake back and forth, the metal plates where it was bolted to the cement wall have shaken holes loose around the bolts and cement wall. Just a regular adjustment of the hydraulic gate closer on that front gate so the gate closed slowly and quietly would have prevented of that, but how many years ago was that maintennace done ?

Ratings_icons AVOID TRINITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES!!!

Anonymous A.

DO NOT RENT FROM TRINITY MANAGEMENT!!!

I don't know who wrote the first review, but the only instance when "professional" describes the people at Trinity Management Services is when followed by "thieves." If (God-forbid) you sign a lease with Trinity Management Services, you kiss your security deposit goodbye. Regardless of the condition of your apartment, you are not getting your deposit back. Also, once that lease is signed, forget about service. If you get ahold of a Trinity rep, you'll wish you hadn't. They are UNPLEASANT, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL.

Save yourself the trouble -- rent somewhere else.

Ratings_icons be carefull renting from these crooks

Anonymous

Better Business Bureau says Trinity UNSATISFACTORY!

These people are crooks! Do not rent from them. They have stolen part of my security deposit for "cleaning" the apartment I vacated. Even though I have documentation that they told me at time of move out that nothing was wrong with the apartment, they will not refund me my full security deposit.

I am NOT alone! The better business bureau has a slew of complaints about this company!! I should have checked the BBB before renting with them. Save yourself the trouble. Better Business Bureau has deemed Trinity Unsatisfactory as of 12/18/2004!! For more information: http://www.goldengatebbb.org

Ratings_icons Great Rental Choice

I live in the 350 Union St. apartment and my boyfriend lives in the 1550 Bay St. apartment. Trrinity Mangement is always professional and helpful when you have problems. If you're like me and constantly lock yourself out, there is always someone on-call to let you back into your apartment (for a $50 fee). I've never had any problems with this company. They also have fantastic short-term/temporary/furnished housing options.
