24 Hour Fitness

I've been a member of 24 hour fitness for 7 years.......and everytime I went to the capitol club, it's been filthy...the women's restroom is just the worst. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful and only into themselves. I stopped going 2 years ago. It's just plain dirty. I'm so glad a club opened in Milpitas. That's way better, cleaner, and friendlier.

Sorry ( to all 24-hour fitness staff - capitol branch) for generalizing the word staff here but i believe that every staff should be responsible for his own behavior as he carries the whole team here. It is very frustrating to be kicked out from the Club for being just 3 mins late! A family member wants to check out the facility so we tried to avail the 10-day pass. However, because we got to the place at 9:03 or 9:04 pm, all we heard was a lame sorry and that theres no way to take my sister in as the 10-day pass is only valid until 9pm. That, i had to accept as the policy has mentioned about the time. What im saying is that that guy staff couldve at least offered us with other means to get into the gym if my sister cant avail of the free pass anymore, like offer us to pay for it instead or even sign up for membership right then and there, considering that we were all geared up and ready to hit the treadmill. Ive been a member for almost 7-months now, never missed to pay my dues, and now i decided to transfer my membership to a different location, or probably even cancel it totally. Going to the gym has always been my way to release my stress after a long day @ work. What happened tonight has just worsen it. Very, very disappointing.

24 Hour Fitness is a big gym and they have all kinds of equipment. You can do aerobics or weights. This place is big and clean and well kept. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here in the weekend but sometimes it will be crowded. Their price is also very reasonable and you won't have to spend too much money.

This gym is pretty big. They offer a variety of classes, and it also has a pool. There are quite a few aerobic machines, such as stairmaster, bikes, and treadmills. They have a big weight area as well. It can get crowded depending on what time you go. Staff is very helpful.

24 hour fitness is a great place for people who want to lose weight or for people who just want to exercise. they have a clean environment and their trainer give alot of support and encouragement. they have many activities ranging from aerobics to gym work to swimming! its alot of fun and you can always bring a friend with you! the people are also very friendly and welcoming. it's not too expensive for membership and sometimes you get discounts.
