I happened to know one and he directed me here to share an anniversary dinner with my husband. The prime rib is by far, the best I have ever had. Get it medium rare or medium. The caramelized carrots that come with the entree are to die for. The location is very central and convenient for visitors to the city as it is located in Hotel Circle.
