Union Bank Of California

I have been using this as my primary bank for about a year now. They are kinda hit and miss over there. Sometimes the service is awesome, but there have been times that I was given the wrong info and it ended up to be a major pain. Overall, they are pretty decent. I have never had to wait to use the drive-up ATM, which is important to me.

PROS: never too long of a line
CONS: some tellers are A LOT better than others
