The women and men who work in this nail salon treat people very badly. I watched one woman Hannah, take off the nails of someone she had put new nails on 2 &1/2 weeks earlier. Hannah took a fake nail and shoved it under the glued on nail several times for each nail. The woman was in tears from the pain and her fingers bled. No matter how she asked Hannah to not hurt her, Hannah didn't care. Hannah glued new tips over the bleeding.

During this time I saw Lena nip off the cuticle of another woman causing bleeding. While that nail bled she did it again. She went on as if nothing happened and put new nails on that woman over the bleeding as well.

I have also seen them change prices on things according to their whim. It's easy for them to do as the price chart always gives a range of prices on each service and not a single price for all.

I also saw a woman come in and ask if she could get her nails there and how long it would be. About 8 minutes later another woman walked in and asked the same. Both were told 15 minutes wait time. The second woman walked up and sat down by her friend who was having her nails done at the time. When the friend was finished Lena started the nails on the second woman instead of doing the woman's whose turn it was.

When the first woman complained a man told her the second woman had a reservation. Since both she and I knew this we questioned the man saying that we had heard the second woman come in and ask to have her nails done and how long it would be. The man then lied again and said the the second woman was actually the first woman.

The first woman had to wait for over 30 minutes to get her nails done. As she walked out of the salon in tears the man told her he was sorry for what happened.

I have watched as women come in and are told that they need new nails when they don't.

I have also witnessed the cleaning of the spa manicure machines as well as community and sole manicure instruments. Neither is done as they should be. I know I am a stylist and work in a busy salon.

Someone should call state board on this salon and report this salon and name names them as well as finding out who owns this salon. The owner needs to know what is going on here and handle it so that none of these should ever happen again.

The salon ought to be giving the woman that Hannah removed the nails off of, a free set of nails or a free fill for her type of nails. Same with the woman who came in first and was served second.

This is all just WRONG.

The woman in the salon pretend they don't understand when someone complains. They only speak Vietnamese to each other during this and Lisa does nothing except stick up for the other woman. (She needs to know that the customer is always right and to remember that what she does each day has a bearing on what happens to the shop in the future). They understand and converse well when needed as I have heard all of them talk outside of the salon when in a nearby store.

Also the woman who went ahead of the first woman.......I hope that someone treats your mother and your grandmother as badly as you treated that woman, so bad that they make both cry so you could see how much of a jerk you are and how badly it hurts to be treated that way.

.

The best thing about this salon is the hours of operation. They are open from 9 am to 7 pm M-F and 10am to 6 pm S-S. After that its hit and miss. I have tried this location a several times and sometimes its great, others not so much. My nails have a tendacy to crack or pop off right away after going to this salon. But they do have very reasonable prices.
