Although Yang Chow's can be crowded and it appears some people have issues with the staff that has not been the case for us. The food has always been well prepared and HOT which is a must for me, I hate food that comes to the table

That name is so unappealing to me, bu the dish is fantastic, a mound of crunchy, spicy lightly battered shrimp in a pungent sweet and hot sauce. People drive for miles to have this famous specialty. this is the original location in Chinatown and the menu has many delicious specialties including spicy eggplant and General Tsu's chicken. The service is ultra quick and prices are reasonable.
