Lexus Of Serramonte

In my 33 yrs this is best experience I ever had buying Lexus from this dealer. Very professional and courteous and they listened to my needs and had lot of patience with my wife ! oustanding job at service. Always loaner car is available at my service and free car wash Wow Never had any problem with previous RX300 with 180,000 miles this is 2nd car from this dealer

Great people to work with, alway have cars which people want. Basically they care and know what is in and that makes them stand out. I would definately refer them to anyone buying a new car!!

Lexus is our first luxury car. We like the performance of the car and the customer service we continue to receive when we bring the car back in for servicing. Lexus has become a household name and we hear there are more good things to come. Sometimes there is a wait on high demand cars, but every effort is made to let you know what is available. In the showroom, there is a play area for kids and one for adults (TV, soda machine).

i take my lexus here to get it worked on all the time, actually this is the only place i take it. they have excellent customer service, starting with being really helpful and friendly to always having a rental car available if your car's work is going to take a while. i actually know many lexus owners who will only go to lexus of serramonte for any kind of work for their car. if your looking into buying a lexus i would highly recommend going to lexus of serramonte, they are really knowledgeable about lexus and can really help you if you have questions.

Everyone who buys a Lexus, buys a Lexus at Serramonte. They are truely in a class of their own. There service is beyond any other dealer I have ever been to. Whenever you have your car serviced at Serramonte everything is handled like you're first class. A brand new Lexus is usually given as a loner car and the repairs or maintenience done to your car is done as quickly as possible. Also, for frequent customers, you receieve various gifts to reward you for your continued use of Serramonte Lexus. Anyone interested in buying a Lexus need to get it from Serramonte because there is no else like them.

I have bought many cars in the past and the dealership blew me away with their professionalism and knowledge of their own cars and other luxury makes as well. The store front is fantastic and service team is also very consumer friendly.

There are super nice to potential buyers. The have great services and dealers. When you walk in, they sometimes serve potential buyers sodas and drinks for you to cool down. The workers know all the cars and aren't very pushy. They let you think all you need and test drive if you need to. Very good place to buy a lexus. I give it a 4 star.
