Long Phung used to have the best fish cakes in the Bay area but I don't know what happen to it anymore...Their sticky rice there is still good and the eggrolls are okay now...

Located near east lake seafood restaurant and eastridge mall. It is a great sandwich place and they have a pretty nice variety. I like their fish cakes and egg rolls. Whenever i go to eastridge mall i like to go here and eat instead of the food court.
