I've just bought my new Trailblazer from Team, this makes 6 new cars and 2 used I've bought from them since 2001. Their sales and service team are everything I could ever want or ask for from a dealership, and much more. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car, and I have to my sister in Las Vegas and now her friends buy from them as well.

I brought my Azera to them one Saturday morning to have a cracked dashboard fixed, but was told there was no Hyundai technician around and suggested to bring it again on the following Monday. I did and the service manager Chris Williams told me that they have to discuss the matter with Hyundai office and can only take my contact number and get back to me in a couple of weeks. Still no response 2 weeks later, I call them again and they told me the same thing again and only can call me later. 3 weeks gone by and anything they need to discuss with Hyundai should have a result, but no response yet. The crack on the dashboard on a 2-year old car is absolutely unacceptable; besides, base on my internet research, this is a design fault since it happen on a lot of Azeras, there is nothing they need to discuss with Hyundai but fix it unconditionally (also base on their 10-year warranty). They're totally irresponsible. Avoid this dealership!

When I called Hyundai to get the details, they said the dealer had sold me my car as "used". I am now going back to see what they will do about it...

I sign paper that if Hyundai approve the warranty claim there will be no charge.

mine is under warranty for rear brake hydrolic cylinder still charge $49 or I can't get my car back

They said the charge is for diagnosis that not covered by warranty, so suggest find paranormal 1st to find the problem without diagnosis.

My car still under warranty, since they can't charge for part labor claim they charge for diagnosis. So before you go there find paranormal to determine the exact problem so there will be no need for diagnosis.

I took my elantra for simple oil change and was MADE to get a 6000 mi "schedule maintenance". I said I only occasionally use this car and had it for just 8 mos. I ask the service supervisor if it is required and replied in a way that somewhat "force" you to say yes. I ended with a 140 bucks bill. I had a toyota with similar case same services paid only 65 bucks in a dealership.

Every time I go for auto service, the service writers are quick to listen and suggest more service that I want. They never do oil changes while you wait and they always say they are short handed that day. Luckily I have a second car to drive. Recently, I had warranty work done, and it took a week. No apology and I was given a dirty car back.

I took my car to the service department of this chevy dealership thinking they'd know how to service a chevy. Service Rep J.R. told me they found a hose leak and charged me $480 to fix it. After I pulled my "fixed" car out of the service lot and drove two miles, my car died in the middle of traffic. When I called them to ask if they'd send someone to tow my car back J.R. said they'd add the towing charge to my new bill now that I'd need them to repair my car all over again. I reminded him that I had just paid almost $500 for the diagnostics and repair of my car two minutes ago. When I asked to speak to a manager I was forwarded to company voicemail.
