Great selection, poor customer service

There is no other place around that carries such a vast selection of baby/kid things around. This is one of the reasons that BRUS can get away with poor staff and horrible customer service. Lines are always long and help VERY hard to find, but they have everything in one stop!

The staff here is always available to answer questions and to help. The baby registry department is fast and very friendly. The only area that needs improvement is the merchandise return line. They are understaffed in that section. I always have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to do a return.

I love babies r us. It can be a bit overwhelming, especially to men. I like the selection of products. I like it is a one stop shop. You can buy a lot there. The staff are somewhat helpful.

A lot of people complain about this store, but I think it is great. There is no other baby mega store like it around and their prices are decent. The only negative thing I have to say about the store is their lack of staff that actually know about their baby products.

Who doesnt love Babies R Us? This store makes it so easy to buy for your new baby. My husband and I registered at this store, and then ended up buying all the gifts we didnt receive here. It can be hard to find help getting heavy items like carseats when they are busy, but the selection is really hard to beat. They arrange the items in order from the least expensive to the most expensive, so you can shop accordingly. The prices arent the lowest out there, but having everything conveniently at your fingertips is more important sometimes!

This is a huge baby store where you can find everything about babies. Huge~~ place to shop. The store is really clean and awesome. They have little baby toys to a stroller. Everything in between. I was really amazed how they can carry everything that a baby needs. They even have a little station where you can wrap gifts you just bought.!!!
