I switched to Dr. Brown after being very unhappy with my previous dentist of more than 25 years.

I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist that does excellent work, shows compassion and cares that you are comfortable at all times. He explains what he is doing and never appears to be bothered by any questions asked of him. He is relaxed and is very confident at all times and is never pushy!

A good indication of a dental office is when you ask the staff how long they have worked in the particular office and they can say for 10 + years. His staff has been with him for years and loves working for him.

His staff is very courteous and the office is very clean and professional looking.

How cool that there is another satisifed patient of Dr. Brown's on here! I have been to a few dentists and I really like Dr. Brown. His office is conveniently located (although confusing at first because it is in a residential area). There are always muffins in the waiting room which I grab on the way out, not in, to be considerate. The nurses and receptionists are always very polite and considerate. I once missed an appointment because I was busy taking an exam in Berkeley and they didn't charge me or get mad, they were very understanding and helped me reschedule. I will continue to see Dr. Brown.

I've been using Dr. Brown for the past 2 years. I was referred to him from a friend who has used him for much longer. I tend to be a bit cautious when selecting a dentist, as I fear lots of drilling and pain! I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and kind all of his staff are, from the front desk to the person cleaning my teeth. Everyone is professional and treats you with care. Dr. Brown is a truly kind man as well - he is patient, explains procedures, and always takes time to answer any questions you may have. I've been very happy with this business and would highly recommend its services.
