Nice Service Dept, young guys interested in working on cars. Had rims and tires installed on Mustang, good advice on what to buy, good price. I did not feel I was being ripped off lied to. This will continue to be my service location!

I purchased two tires from Pep Boys a few months ago for a decent price. They were installed quickly and seemingly with care. Unfortunately, one of the tires popped while I was on the freeway about a week after Pep Boys installed it. When I went back tothe store to get it replaced, they charged me for the replacement! I don't know if they put it on incorrectly or if the tire was defective, but I think they should have given me a new tire for free.
