Casa Linda Furiture is the worst furniture store!

The worst customer service ever. I've been told four times that my furniture will be delivered and nothing! I lost two days of work because ot them. I had to call the warehouse myself to find out where my furniture was. The store manager did not want to help me find out what the problem was, the warehouse people did not care at all about my situation. The seller never called me to give an update, I had to make a lot of phone calls to the store and warehouse trying to find out where and when the stuff would be delivered. Worst service ever. I still don't have my complete order at home.
If you don't want a headache, don't purchase anything at Casa Linda in Downey. The don't care for their custormers at all!

just plain wrong

i purchased a bedroom set that i liked on display.they delivered wrong nightstands and a scratched headboard.when i went back to
complain and show salesperson - the display had been removed and she said that i was confused about what i had purchased.i was
not confused they simply threw a bait and switch on me.i have not been able to get them to correct the situation.i am conteplating
suing them but don't know if its worth it.buyer beware next time i
consider buying something i will take along a digital camera and
take a picture a picture is worth a thousand words.i will try to write
the owner a letter but don't know if it will do any good

Casa Linda Furniture has exceptional Customer Service when selling their products & Consumer paying for product.
Issue is when product is delivered, The driver's should be alot more carefull in handling products. Today 08/01/07 they delivered an entertainment ctr & it was damaged & scratched. Driver comments were if you wanted perfection you should of made it yourself. Now that is not Customer Service. I also received a dvd player as a gift I spent over $3,000.00 dollars in products & dvd player is a refurbished product. I also purchased a 50" toshiba tv, I hope that is not a refurbished product. I also purchased cocktail tables I hope they are in good condition. Casa linda Management should honor in replacing products. Refunding consumer. Also not selling refurbished products. Training Personnel in Customer Service.
Management at casa linda has been notified & advised of this issue.
Per management they were going to contact warehouse & call us the customer back. I will personnally go to Casa Linda Furniture Store to speak with management to get issue resolved.

Good Furniture

They have very good selection on sofas if you're looking for something reasonable price and contemporary style. They do carry variety of bed sets and dinning furniture. You get ok customer serivce.
