The service department on Capitol Nissan is terrible. I've been going there since 2002 and I also bough a car in this dealer.

When nissan worked on a problem I had with the engine manifold, the service forgot to attached the engine to the frame, we drove with the engine lose for a couple of days, only one bolt was holding it, until I realised what the problem was.

When nissan fiixed my the front glass door window electric engine, the dealer broke the plastic clips of the door handle, and glue my door handle instead of replacing with a new one, after a few months it fell off.

Today I took the car to the dealer because my Nissan did not start, they charge me 140$ to check the car and also scratched my back bumper from top/down huge scratch, I got 140$ to check the problem, plus a free large scratch for 140$.

I had several minor service problems, with them. Like telling me that someone replace the window whippers with non Nissan parts, when I was doing all my service with them. And I have to scream at them, that they where the ones that replaced the whipper, so correct their mistake.

Don't buy or service your car on this Nissan dealer, service quality is terrible, and I don't mean just the people, I mean the actual work. I have a ford for several years, and my service experience with ford capitol is much better.

I personally do not recommend this Dealership to anyone. I am having nothing but a bad experience with the whole dealership. I personally do not recommend this Dealership to anyone. I am having nothing but a bad experience with the whole dealership. Pros: Nice car..

Cons: They don't deal when trying to buy! Service Dept. is awful, the people in Service are rude. They claim to be #1 in Service, but thats a lie.

I had my other car serviced there and it had a problem the other Nissan dealer could not fix. At Capitol they not only fixed it but managed to get it covered under warranty somehow.

I was so proud - right out of high school and had finally saved up enough money to put a down payment on my 1st car... Mom took me to capitol Nissan and I found a simple yet nice Sentra. The saleman knew this was my first car and he was great - when we test drove the car he was so patient with the fact that I was bad with a stick but didn't complain or anything when I stalled it many times - mom just laughed. He worked to get me a good deal and mom proudly drove my new car home until I learned how to drive a stick without stalling all the time LOL If I am ever in the market for another Nissan I will go back here for sure.

NEVER EVER GO THERE! Go to Fremot or Steven's Creek if you want a Nissan. Jose De La Lama the sales guy was THE MOST RUDE GUY EVER.

After looking to buy a car for this summer, and with this as my last stop to an otherwise good day. This DEALERSHIP ruined my entire weekend. Don't go there unless you want some dirt kicked you your mouth its that BAD. Feel free to email me or talk to me about this BAD BAD BAD Dealership.

My letter to Capitol Nissan

Hi Rick and Rod,

I test drove a 350z this afternoon. I sold this quarter's stock options I wanted to pick up a new car. 350z, 3-Series BMW, G35, etc....

Long story short, I have never been treated so badly at any car dealership. Jose De La Lama was extremely rude and offense. I dont know why he was so pushy or hardup on trying to sell me a car. After he insisted I drive it around the block, I told him I wanted to check out a few other cars before making a decision and would give him a call back in a by the end of next week. He then proceeded to say "bye" in an very curt fashion. When I asked if he would give me his card twice he said "no" "goodbye", and he said to my face that I was just there to "waste his time, and to just have fun." Spending 5 minutes driving a loop is fun? Give me a break. My stock options THIS QUARTER are no less than 3x his yearly salary.

He would not even give me his card! I had to ask for a car at the front desk. Unbelievable.

He definitely is not going to any cars with his attitude and is going to hurt your dealership's reputation. I guarantee that you have lost my business, my families business, and all my friends business. Forever. When I decide to buy a Nissan I am going to Stevens Creek or Fremont.

I was part of a program through my employer where we were to get the vehicle at a specified price. We knew what we wanted and Capitol Nissan told us they would order it. We wait the 8 weeks and were told it would be shipped in 2 more weeks. So, we wait 2 more weeks and then were told it would be 4 more weeks. We find a similar vehicle in Eureka, drive to Eureka because Capitol says they can't get it from Eureka. Once we're getting ready to do the paperwork, we find out that Capitol has already used OUR purchase program number and assigned it to a car already! As far as we knew there was NO car, and that's why we had been waiting 14 weeks. They had used our number for someone else!!! Needless to say, we did NOT and will not EVER purchase anything from them. We ended up going with a different car all together due to their bad customer service and horrible ethics.
