Mark's Garden

I truly thought with the "reputation" they have that they would strive to take care of their customer's large and small alike. I was shocked at how heartless these people were. I guess they think since they are considered a celebrity florist that they can do what ever they want and call it customer satisfaction. I had the manager, Rita, tell me to, "Get to the point" and I had Ben say to me, "We did what we were supposed to do" and not once did I hear an apology. They feel that leaving flowers on a call box without a courtesy call to the recipient or to the person that placed the order is appropriate. They think it is okay to call the next day and say, "Oh, by the way, did you get your flowers?" Nobody seems to care that a call a day later might ruin a special occasion. I keep hearing, "Well you did get the flowers, right?" Like I should be happy that they are even entertaining our order at all. I really thought that I might have had an isolated incident but after reading the reviews on Citysearch, I am clearly am not the only one with a bad experience at Marks Garden. I am not alone in feeling that Mark has no idea what his people are doing or he just doesn't care anymore. Well, the next time we order flowers or host a large event, we will be looking elsewhere. I wouldn't order flowers from them, even if they were the last flower shop on earth. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Mark's Garden better realize that word of mouth is just as powerful as being featured in the pages of some glitzy celebrity magazine. Wake up and smell the roses, Mark's Garden! You are not the only game in town and people talk. Taking care of your customers should be important to you and your employees. This is obviously not the case. If you are reading this, don't waste your time ordering flowers with Mark's Garden because after you place your order and they take your money it is all down hill from there. Their customer service is so poor that even if the arrangement is beautiful you will chuck it out of principal alone.

I just love the beautiful flower arrangements from MARK'S GARDEN,They are just simply gorgeous and the staff they are very helpful especially an employee by the name of Cesar.
I must warn you the flowers are a little expensive but totally wort it.

I have only visited Mark's once because I had to get the floral arrangements for a friends party done and I have to say it was almost an educational experience for me... now I know very little about flowers... I just gave them a rough idea of the kind of party my friend was having and the mood she wanted to create! To be honest, I thought it was gonna be a five minute job... turned out to be a much longer one where they really took time to understand how the crowd was gonna be and the final result on the day of the party was too good. Even I was blown away that a simple floral arrangement could make a room look so good!

Very personalized service... shall definitely use Mark's if I need again!

I used Mark's Garden for my wedding 6 years ago and have been using them as my primary florist ever since. Their arrangements are so beautiful and impressive. They are a little expensive, but I think you get what you pay for.

It seems that everone in the entertainment business uses this florist, and for good reason. The arrangements are spectacular. Expect to pay for that level of quality, though. The only drawback is this place is so busy, it's difficult to get personalized service (someone different answers the phone every time you call) and unless you're a major client, it's doubtful they'll accomodate special requests like rush deliveries or deliveries even slightly out of their usual zone.

Mark's Garden has to be the best. They have the most beautiful and creative arrangments I've ever seen. The prices are high - but you'll get something out of this world.

Mark's Garden does the absolute most gorgeous arrangements - very simple yet completely decadent! How do they cram so many blooms in one vase - there's no space unused. Their baskets are amazing - true you'll drop $100 easily here - but the resulting floral is a smashing success. Gorgeous!

PROS: the best arrangements you'll find
CONS: expensive

This is a wonderful florist with an excellent staff that was very helpful at the last minute to a bekleagured customer. The selection was OK and some of the arrangments were unimpressive. However.. I was very happy with what I purchased - in both its presentation and its price. I had a tough time parking in this location

You definitely get what you pay for - this place is spectacular. They do an absolutely amazing job with any kind of floral arrangement. I've used them on several occasions to have flowers delivered and each time is better than the last. The service is outstanding, super helpful - this place really takes flower arranging and care to the next level. I highly recommend checking them out next time you're in need of some foliage.

Beautiful flowers. A business I worked with ordered flowers from Mark's almost weekly for various meetings etc. The arrangements and bowls were always full of the most colorful, beautiful flowers.
