TERRIBLE & RUDE STAFF!!!
Dr. Salwan and the hygienist, Yvette, are very compassionate and understanding. I wouldn't recommend people going to this dentistry because they'll trick you into signing a false price for your plan (orally) and with every visit the prices just keep escalading! Also they'll tell you they have a promotion that just started and within an hour or so they suddenly don't have that promotion. Very shady! There are some very nice people but they are also have a few ladies who will give an attitude and deny what they've said about promotions and such! Only if they could change some of the staff and take away the slimeballs i would go to this office. Service most of the time was very unsatisfactory, unprofessional and uncomfortable. Lastly, they don't care about providing good service to the customers (patients) as long as you sign that verbal contract they can change prices, plans and promotions and deny anything they have told you in the past. Beware! These people will pretend that they can accomodate you during financial stability but like i said before, they'll trick you!

By FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Please do not take your child here! Totally unprofessional. Dental Assistant was RUDE and had no compassion! Told me it was my fault that my son was scared of the dentist. When they gave my son his shot he started to whimper and she said in a loud voice, why are you whining??? You're a big boy aren't you? To make things worse, the filling FELL OUT THE SAME DAY!!!! Thank God I am able to go somewhere else!!!! Please do not take your child there!

This has to be far the worst dentist i have ever experienced, The tactics they use are more for shady used car salesman. They are more concerned on an upgrade or $150 dollar toothbrushes.These slimeballs try to use scare tactics to further their business.I have spoke to others who had the same experience so this is not a rare incident. please avoid these snake oil sales people at all costs.

This dental office I would never recommend to anyone. Their dental practices are poor and their dentists lack talent, compassion, and professionalism. They tried to trick my child so that he would not be upset about getting a shot and covered his eyes pretending the light was bright. They then got insulted when I told them to stop I wanted it explained to my 8 year old what was going on so that he trusted his doctors instead of freaking and realizing they were tricking or lying to him. The dentist insisted that it worked for them and that was they way they did things. I see several things wrong with this, first since every child is different a general one way is not only ignorant but also treats my child as a number of a large herd. Second my child had over 8 fillings numerous shots, blood drawn and a surgery that he did fine with because the doctors( a different dental office) were professional and cared enough to let my child what was happening to his own body. Talent is certainly lacking in this dental office along with adaptability. In addition, they never once asked me what worked best with my child or informed me that they were going to deceive him. Great idea doc. the lying will work with him for 1 visit but what about the rest of his life, these doctors are starting children out on the long road of fearing dental work because they will not be able to trust dentist that trick them. People continuously fear and put off dental work why because they fear dentists, no know wonder this is what likely happened to them when they were a child. I had a similar experience when I was 9 that causes anxiety at dental offices to this day because of dentists like this. I have the best pediatrician in the world he explains to my child, yea flu shots hurt but are necessary and know how it helps your body make you healthier. He does not trick my child into shots; he helps them understand the benefits and necessity of a life full of shots as a good thing. If one wishes for their child treated as one of the cash cattle with no compassion or cares of parental preferences, lack of ability to tailor dental practices, and a complete disregard for your childs future, then send you child here. Oh and the wait can be horrific-3 hours, there were several people complaining on my first visit that had waited over 2 hours before being seen.

This was an awful experience for my whole family. I took my 2 year old to this dentist and was told that he needed to have a cavity filled. First of all, I don't think the dentist spoke English because she would not even speak with me and had the office personnel interpret. Next, she gave me a prescription for some medication that my son was supposed to take before he came into the office which was supposed to make him "sleepy." I was not feeling too good about this dentist at this point, but I went to my pharmacist and had him fill the prescription and when he looked at the prescription and asked if it was for my 2 year old he told me this was an adult dose. After researching this for myself, I found out this could have been a fatal dose for my son. So please be careful when going to this dentist or any dentist.

now we know everyones afraid to go to the dentist, myself included, but this one is by far the best i have ever been to. i am 46 yrs old and have been to more than 1 in my life. i highly recommend this dentist

The first time I took my son to the dentist, it was a nice experience. The dentist was friendly and worked well with my son who was 4 at the time. She did tell me he had two cavities so would have to come back to have them filled. Within 2 weeks, we were back but now there was a new dentist that shouldn't have been working with children. My son was yelling that it hurt when he drilled but the dentist just said "he's just scared of the drill sound". I wish he had a little more compassion with children. He never comforted my son or tried to find out if indeed he was feeling pain or not. The receptionist was very sweet. She let my son pick out of a treasure box a few toys. The dentist office was clean and there is enough room in the waiting room.
