Specially on weekends. However, the servers were very nice. We looked at the menu while waiting and placed the order and by the time we were seated--the wait for the food was minimal-this worked out well as the kids were hungry. This location is in the Fisherman's Wharf area so it was conveniently located near our hotel. Lori's has a fun, retro setting. We just ordered burgers. There is nothing fancy about the menu but if that's what you like to eat, you'll be happy. Our waitress wasn't always on top of things but we enjoyed the outdoor table as it was a beautiful day in San Francisco.
