I am having relationship problems with my wife and needed some professional help. Josephine was recommended by the company's employee assistance program so I gave her a call. Being Chinese, I wanted to make sure we can converse in Chinese and wanted to verify her credentials and areas of specialty. We started out fine but I can tell she doesn't like that I ask for about her credentials and I can also tell that she is not good in Chinese (we spoke in Chinese). Concerned, I asked her if she can speak psychological technical terms in Chinese so that we can understand during our session. She basically took off from that point and said (in Chinese), "What are we speaking now. Isn't it Chinese. You are really Mo Ming Qi Miao". "Mo Ming Qi Miao" is a really bad term to describe someone that is making unreasonable requests or comments and when a Chinese says this, she/he is literally picking a fight and that also means the end of the conversation. So I said that since you use words like that, I don't think I can communicate with you. I went on to look for my next psychotherapist candidate. So in conclusion, I would not recommend this therapist at all. She was very rude and even said that I am unreasonable. If a psychotherapist thinks a potential client is unreasonable and refuse to communicate, think what a good therapist she could be. Jeff
