.. This company delivered a pump to us in October of 2011. We did not contact them, but the company whom we had replaster our pool ordered from them and Sun Pool & Spa Supply installed the pump. During this time the owner, Mr. Joe Lukacik talked my husband into getting rid of our heater and cleaning out our sand filter and replacing it with new sand.. We paid him $750 for these two services. Thje problems began when Mr. Lucacik sent out a subcontractor to clean the filter and put in new sand. Although he bragged about 33 years of knowledge, he was not the one to clean the filter. The man who installed it, did not do it correctly and before we knew it we had 150 pounds of sand in our pool. It took numerous calls to get them back to clean the sand out of the pool. When his son finally arrived to clean it out, his equipment broke down and he was unable to clean out the jacuzzi. His son assured me he would be back in two days to clean in and to figure out what the problem was and he would fix it. As I had been promised in the past that they would be back and never showed, I was skeptical. Ten days later I had to call his office and left a message. Mr. Lukacik called early the following morning and screamed and swore at me. I had to hold the phone at a distance. He was so abusive and violent I was shaking for two days. The most remarkable thing was he said, "I will see you in court." For this job we paid $475. He calls back and talks to my husbnad. He tells my husband we should have another type filter, and if we didn't want to order it he knew the problem was with the backwash. I got on the phone and told him how did he know that since he never came out to check it out. Next he is telling my husband if he would get the new filter he would not charge us for the labor only for the the filter. I told my husband we already had a credit for $475. and that we were being conned. My husband called Lukacik and told him that he wanted him to repair the sand filter and to cancel the order for the other filter he recommended. I shall never forget the swearing, screaming that went on as we listened to him on the speaker phone. All l can say the only place I would ever hear such language not to mention the anger would be in prison. We called the pool company and thanks to the president who had a meeting with Lukacik, we received our $475. We would never have received it if not for his help. Now I am looking for a statement for the $275. we paid him for removing the heater and am getting no response. My husband would like me to just forget it, but Lukacik is dishonest and a bully and evidently this is effective with most people but not with me. He ruined several days during my holiday not to mention his violent behavior drove up my blood pressure. So my advice to anyone out there who needs pool supplies, repairs, etc. find someone else. Also if you have work done by a pool company, please find out who is the supplier for equipment. We have owned 6 homes and are in our 70's and we have never experienced anything like this in our lifetime. I will finish by saying, it has been repaired and it was not a problem with the backwash.

This seems like an ol' mom and pop shop. Ask for a gentleman by the name of Jay. This guy is super cool and totally informative. He definitely helped me out a TON. The product that i purchased from him, he actually showed me a complete demonstration in the pool they have out back. The cool part is, if there's a product that he's slightly unsure of, he's definitely got some connections that'll steer you in the right direction. He's helped me out more than the main stream shops
