Always very friendly service and very helpful with everything. The don't over charge you by any means for the service you get. They are also very good about montly bank statements, I never had one be late.

I have my home loan with WAMU but no other services. I've been a customer for about 5 years and haven't had any problems with them. I do most of my banking online but when I have needed assistance, it was just a phone call away.

I really like this bank becuase of their no hassle checking accounts. There are no fees at all from them and its actually a pretty nice bank. The workers are very helpful and actually quite fast, so it doesnt take forever when I go to cash my checks. The ATMs arent exactly located at the best location, but its still a great bank due to great service.

i dont like this bank because it sucks. i rather go to bank of america where i do all of my banking needs. on top of that i can do it on line with there free checking and backing online system. i feel more secure with my money at bank of america. but they do have nice people working at wshington mutual

washington mutual is great because of their "truely free checking accounts". they have some really friendly customer reps and a beautiful bank, however i just didnt like the location so i had to end my service with them. but still, this place is a very nice bank to open an account with and put your money into, they have been around for a long time.

washington mutual is a ok bank. i rather bank with bank of america because they are much friendlyier and they never try to jack you. i opended an account their and they suck. they are only nice to you when they want you to sign up with them. then it is all down hill from their. they are rude and not helful.

Washington Mutual is a great bank. You can deposit money there to save it. You can cash checks. You can go to their ATM and withdraw money. The air on the inside is very cool and refreshing. Sometimes they have a bowl of candy to brighten up your day. I think it is a great bank.
