Upon closing the purchase for our car we indicated that due to being an active duty military family we do not pay the full CA registration fee as we are exempt. We were told that we have to pay the full fee for now and will be cut a check

We were introduced to this Dealership by a Broker who has been dealing with Sam (Fleet Manager) for few years.Upon arrival I did get a red carpet treatment by Sam as well as his assistance Sergick who took me for a test drive in the Acura

A great place to do business. They have a female sales assoiate who is kind and very informative. There's a lease manager who will take care of all your lease needs. While I know the store (building is old) that doesn't interfere with the experience of buying a car. Everyone I encountered was nice and willing to do what ever it took to get my deal done, I was even introduced to the General Manager, Ali who was most helpful in meeting my needs. Not a bad place to purchase/lease a new Acura

A great place to do business. They have a female sales assoiate who is kind and very informative. There's a lease manager who will take care of all your lease needs. While I know the store (building is old) that doesn't interfere with the experience of buying a car. Everyone I encountered was nice and willing to do what ever it took to get my deal done, I was even introduced to the General Manager, Ali who was most helpful in meeting my needs. In my search for a used car, I inquired about a car at this dealership. Even though the car was already sold, the salesman (internet sales manager) was very helpful and took down my criteria for a car and would let me know if he found any cars that met my criteria. Later, he found a car at one of their other dealers and had the car ready for me to test drive the same day. I ended up purchasing the car. The approach by the salesman was very low pressure, very courteous, and very professional. Even though the car was not an Acura, the salesman was very knowledgeable of the car and went over in detail the carfax and their dealer reports in detail. The finance manager was also very professional and efficient. Their extended warranty options were explained, but not in a hard sell manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that desires to avoid the hard sell approach to buying a car.

I had an excellent experience with Acura 101 West. I live in Central Calif and made the drive to Calabasas since the price of their used Acuras were very reasonable. Dave, the internet sales manager who I had been corresponding with, was great. He made everything as smooth as possible. There are a lot of questionable dealerships out there, but Acura 101 West they kept their word with everything during our transaction. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Went to buy my second Acura at this place. Well, all the old crew was gone and in their place and stead were a bunch of asswizards. Not interested in making a sale, that's for sure. Business must be SOOO Good that they can treat customers rudely. They simply don't care at this dealership. They are the most rude on the telephone. Where is Little George and the crew??? They have all gone away from this corporate store. Horrible treatment. Left without buying a car just because I was not going to give them my business. The internet sales "manager" Sam M. is as dumb as a bag of hammers.

I bought my 2004 Acura TL here and had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I returned to buy a MDX the salesperson took me to the manager when I tried to leave. The manager asked me why I had to talk to my husband before buying a car and was condescending and demeaning. I told him that I was leaving and really felt like I was being held hostage as he blocked my exit and tried to coerce me to buy before calling or talking to anyone. It was a surreal experience, and not in a good way. Buy your Acura anywhere else!

I bought my 2004 Acura TL here and had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I returned to buy a MDX the salesperson took me to the manager when I tried to leave. The manager asked me why I had to talk to my husband before buying a car and was condescending and demeaning. I told him that I was leaving and really felt like I was being held hostage as he blocked my exit and tried to coerce me to buy before calling or talking to anyone. It was a surreal experience, and not in a good way. Buy your Acura anywhere else!

was on their lot for over 80 days! The manager said he would later call me to see what could be done...he never did. After visiting Acura of Thousand Oaks I got into a better TL and they paid off my previous car. I was asked by the salesman of 101 to return if I purchased another Acura so I did. A manager told me in a condescending tone, "good luck with that car; don't be surprised if the bank takes it back!" He was rude, demeaning and down right nasty. My entire company, family and friends have been warned about this person and this facility. I STRONGLY advise you to steer clear of this place. If you want a positive experience, go a few more exits to Acura of TO. They were awesome!

Be careful who the stick you with in terms of a finance (lease). I was approved with Honda Leasing which allowed me to return the car to the dealer (8 miles from my house). They swapped me (at the last minute) to Mechanic's Bank who is making me return it to Alhambra (half way across LA County); I spoke to the dealer several times and they told me they would work something out-in the end...Chip (sales manager) was rude and basically told me to "Pound Sand". I would do business with ACURA in Thousand Oaks next time-they are a much better dealer.

I went into this dealership looking at the RSX. I wasnt sure that I wanted an Acura. It was between the Acura and the BMW 3 series.I arrived at this Acura dealership and was instantly greeted by Nancy ( the sales woman). She was kind and interested in what I wanted. I was so pleased with her attitude and her attention in the first three minutes that I interacted with her that I decided that Acura was for me. Not to mention that I saw the color and interior that I was after right when I arrived. I sat down for all the signatures and was driving home in my new Acura about 45 minutes later. Awesome experiance.
