A not-for-profit organization, AAA is dedicated to making all facets of life as smooth as possible. We traveled to Honolulu for the first time ever last Spring - and the input and discounts we received from this office (in particular from Angie Ma) were exceptional. Can't wait to get back - AAA has always added value to our adventures

A truck lost a tire on the 10 freeway at 3am back in September. I hit it right after it came off the truck. The Auto Club assessor told the repair shop to do minimal repairs. I found three major items that had not been repaired after picking up my car, (including the brakes!), and the Auto Club denied the repair costs, telling me I must have had a second accident right after I picked up the car! Then they sent me a letter telling me they were listing me as 'at fault' on the collision! Stay well away!

I've been a member of the AAA for 27 years now and every year the benefits of membership just get better. The service at this particular branch is wonderful. I've gone twice during my lunch hour and I've been able to accomplish everything in less than 15 minutes each time!

I have the card, not the insurance. I think their car insurance is pricey, but the card gives me piece of mind. It came in handy when I had a blowout on the 210 freeway in the left lane late one night (very scary). Thank God that they got me out of that situation fast!
I've also used their travel agency for passport pictures, books and maps for different cities which are very helpful to have. I also pay my car registration there. The only thing is the wait. Otherwise this is a very convenient AAA location.

Great responses for roadside assistance. They come anywhere, everywhere, and fast- I always get help within 5 minutes of calling. I continue to lock myself out of my car even though I know better, twice my battery died (two different cars), and once my tire was slashed and I had no spare.

You know you all push that gas light to the limit. AAA is a must have if you drive at all. Its $70 for a memebership and worth every penny. In addition to road side assistance, its great to get maps for any road trips anywhere and they even give directions. They can help you with most DMV transactions as well. The staff has always been more than helpful. I have never worked with their insurance agents, but I have heard good things about it.
