I went to this Kragen store, and was unpleasantly surprised by the "customer service". I was able to purchase what I needed, but I certainly would have preferred getting less attitude during the process.
I'm sure they aren't all rude, and maybe the kid just had a bad day, but I'll be driving to another store whenever possible.

I usually only do minor service on my cars and leave the major stuff to the professionals. So I only go to Kragen for oil, oil filters, other filter and batteries. They have always had the parts that I need in stock and are very friendly if I need help finding something.
