I bring all of my worn out shoes here to be rejuvenated. They do great work and I always leave happy. Peters great and the location is convenient for me. I wouldn't take my shoes anywhere else.

I brought in my favorite pair of hiking boots to get completely resoled. I left my shoes for 2 days and was so happy to get them back. Before I brought them in, the soles were completely falling apart, worn down and crumbling. After I got them back, brand new Vibram soles were placed on and they looked amazing. They even waterproofed them for free. Thank You for doing such great work in a short amount of time.

Brought in my old Blundstones to see if they could be salvaged. There were holes through the bottom of my soles. I was really surprised when they said they could be repaired. They completely rebuilt the base of my shoe with new soles and everything. I got my shoes back in a couple of days and was really pleased with how they turned out. I'll trust them with any job and know they'll do a fantastic job.

I brought in my Birkenstocks to be repaired, They were falling apart and completely worn out when I brought them in. This shop completely renewed the foot bed and sole,When I picked them up they looked like new shoes. My Birks now look better then ever and the owner was very friendly. Great Find and I will definitely be bringing more shoes in.

A botched repair followed by this experience:\r
The man I spoke to insisted that it would cost me another $20. He also insisted in one track of rationale that there was no relationship between the new problem and the broken insole, that it was a problem of the shoe design (though this was entirely new damage that developed after they 'repaired' the boots) and then insisted that the insole had not been broken by them. He said ""why would I break it? How would I break it?!"" ""tell me how I would do such a thing?!"". I was unable to tell him how he would break the insole. I do not know how to repair shoes. That is why I go to a shop. I suggested he fix the problem for free and I would let it go. But he would not -- claiming things I did not fully understand.\r
\r
Fine I said, both angry and confused, and left.\r
\r
My boots are badly damaged and I am out $45 and have basically been called a liar and yelled at in public. I suggest you avoid the aggravation and send your shoes back to the manufacturer for repairs.

My experience in a nutshell: boots are badly damaged, I am out $45 and was basically called a liar and yelled at in public.

But a few months ago when I initially decided to have my beloved Trippen boots repaired I was happy to find Model -- they do have such a good reputation.

Worried but not yet annoyed I returned today to the shop to see if this new problem could be repaired.

The man I spoke to (with an accent I couldn't place--said he was the owner) insisted that it would cost me another $20.
