In addition to being a salon and day spa, Ciana also sells Aveda products. I have been going to Ciana for several years for haircuts and color. I have always come away liking the results. The staff is very professional and friendly and although the prices are more than I would like to pay, I keep going back since I have been very happy with the results.

This day spa offers a complete range of services in a very relaxing setting. The massage and facial staff I have used over the past several years have all been very professional and well trained.

I've patronized Ciana for both a haircut and for their spa service (waxing), and have been pleased with the results each time. The technicians are knowledgeable, very skilled, and quite friendly, and the facilities are very nice. However, the prices are commensurate with the level of service -- approx. $60 for a haircut. I've had quality haircuts (with less ambience) for half that price, so although I would return to Ciana, I wouldn't make it a once-a-month experience.

Wonderful salon in Los Altos

walked in last year and was matched to a stylist named Venus who had hair similiar to mine. she is highly skilled at her craft and has restored my hair. The Aveda products are fantastic.

Very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere

For most women, a new salon/spa is a nervous experience....Not at Ciana! I was so pleased that the staff was so knowledgeable about current trends and about their product line. Melanie is an excellent listener and offers insight into my color and cut with professionalism! I've also had the opportunity to have waxing services....Jodi is very detail oriented and extremely professional. She has built a clientele because of her rapport and attention to detail..
I would recommend Ciana to anyone looking for a dedicated and wonderful staff.

best aveda salon spa

I have been going to Ciana for many years and I have always had a very positive experience. I have received most of the spa services that they have to offer and I have been completely satisfied with each one. For the past year I have been seeing Heather for various waxing needs. She is always on time for my appointment, and a very efficient esthetician. When she waxes me, she never leaves any hair, and she is very detailed oriented. I have also seen Melanie for my hair and she listens very well, doing exactly what I ask her to. I would definitely recommend Ciana for Spa and Salon sevices.

Rejuvinated skin

I recently got a facial done by Heather at Ciana Salon and Day Spa. It was the best facial I have ever had. I was extremely satisfied with every moment of the facial. Heather was professional, courteous and prompt. I will definately be back to use her service again and I give her two thumbs up. The Aveda products that Ciana sells are also outstanding.

Best waxing experience in town

I went to see Heather for a Braziallian wax before my wedding. I was very nervous because this was my first brazillian experience. She really put me at ease about the situation and definitely calmed my nerves. It was over before I knew it. I highly recomend Heather, it was a great experience all around!
