Sugar Bowl Bakery & Restaurant

I have such fond memories of this place...the donuts and food were wonderful and the lady behind the counter was always really nice. Unfortunately, at this very moment, it is closed, I dont know wether it's because it is remodling or if it's shut down. The prices were great for the portions that they serve. Also, the parking is never a hassle since it is on Balboa.

The original sugar bowl! I've eaten here since I was a kid. It's a restaurant and a bakery. They have tons of chinese crusine, bread, all sorts of desserts, and even a place to play lotto. The food is a great deal because they usually give you a huge plate.
