Cinema Makeup School

This is a fantastic school for anyone looking to get into all the aspects of makeup, whether it be in beauty or FX. I enrolled to learn about Special FX, but took the Master Makeup program in order to get a well rounded education. I don't even wear makeup, and they really taught me from the ground up. Everyone there was incredibly patient and helpful, and you are instructed by real industry professionals (i.e. Jim Kagel, Nelly Recchia, Gil Mosko, etc.). Since I've graduated, they've referred me for jobs, and always been helpful if I have any lingering questions. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted my career to be, and I'm so glad I chose this school to instruct me in the art of makeup Fx.
