I recently took my Mercedes to Anaheim Hills Auto Body for repair of rear end damage. Car was done when promised. I work in the custom automotive industry and have very high standards when it comes to factory restoration of my vehicles... the team at Anaheim Hills Auto Body did a flawless job and returned my car to showroom floor condition. Robert and his staff get an A+. Very professional, clean shop and quality materials. They're the Best!!!

I was referred to Anaheim Hills Auto Body by a Mercedes-Benz dealer for repair of my SL. From the courteous service advisor to the pickup of my completed car that was perfect and spotless, this was a very good experience after a bad accident. My insurance adjuster also said I made a wise decision. Nothing be praise and compliments.

We went in with a few small scratches at the recommendation of the Lexus dealer. I was sure I'd have to wait several days to get the car back, especially when I saw how busy they looked. What a pleasant surprise! They took down some information right away, and I didn't have to wait more than five minutes before someone came out to look at the car. The person we talked to was Dave, and he was great to deal with. He could have told me anything and overcharged, but instead advised against the most expensive fix, and recommending buffing the scratches out followed by another procedure I've already forgotten the name of, fixed everything same afternoon, washed the car to boot, and did not even charge for it. I would bring my car back again and would recommend them to anyone.

At the recommendation of my dealer I went to this shop and had the WORST experiance EVER! From the outside it looked great. There were cars everywhere! I figured my Benz would be safe. WRONG! First they took forever to even get me an estimate. I should of known something was wrong right then. They never called to tell me what was going on. When I got my car back (after forever) the paint didn't match, there were things still wrong from the accident. and nobody cared! I took my car somewhere else and paid out of my pocket to have it fixed right!
Don't go here!

They had my car for 3 weeks. Brian and Gus bullshitted me everyday. They messed up my car worse than when it went in. They broker a window, scratched my tint and dented my door. I am in an on-going legal battle with them, because after 2 years of formal complaints they finally admitted in writing they did not repair my car according tot he estimate. So DO NOT take your car here!!

Anyone been here? They have had my car for 3 weeks already and I have no idea when I'm getting it back. First I would have it back last Friday. ooops sorry waiting for a part I had to call to find this out. Called monday.. let me check... Sorry waiting on 2 parts. called Tueseday... let me check.. waiting on one part.. called today..told your car is being detailed call back on 20min I'll let you know.. Who's the customer here? why do I have to call you back when you have the information? I can't read minds!! how do I know you have the answer. ok fine I'll call you, I say gee that will be a first.. 1 hour later still no call. So I call. I ask for Greg the receptionist says just a sec. I get transfered directly to voicemail. I hang up and call back same thing happens after I explain I need to speak to him because I have to tell my boss I'm leaving early. I hang up and call again She is now mad at me because I'm making her do her job. I tell her to get me Greg or get me your boss. Amazingly he picks right up. Oh sorry I haven't checked yet. Gee that's ok you were only supposed to call me back 40min. ago!! I get put on hold he comes back sorry we are waiting on 3 parts.. 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts which is it? Where did you get those 1 way phones that don't allow you to call your paying customers? Can you call me back at 5:00 I'll try and get the parts guy and find out when the part is coming in. NO. I can't call you back but you can call me. you know the guy paying you a lot of money!! So anyway no call, and no car still. I went by there on the way home what do I see!! my car!! I pull in and take a look at the car. looks done to me. nobody around to talk to door locked. In 3 weeks I have not received I call from Anaheim Hills auto body even when promised. I get a different story when I get someone to answer my call. The first week I called and asked for Todd, the contact name on my receipt. I gave up at the end of the week the guys a ghost!! he hasen't been there once in 3 weeks!! I want that job! Sorry to rant but I have to say take you car anywhere but here! I hope the work done is ok because based on a total/complete lack of customer service I'm really scared.

Lots of turnover here. Don't expect to deal with a single service writer for the course of the repair.
Instead, expect to have your contact disappear the day your car was to be done. Expect the receptionist to tell you there's no one else to help you. Expect to wait 48 hours to hear whether your service writer left with your car or not.

this is by far the BEST AUTO BODY shop in all of southern California... I went to them because they work with the highest class vehicles from my Ford Cobra to McLaren SLR's i have personally walked there facilities and must say the quality of work is shown threw out the whole building, right down to the employees (just a tad hard to get a hold of the lady who takes care of the cases... she really needs an assistant. But my experience was quite pleasant, my car was in bad shape after an accident and they took her in as if it was there personal car and treated her to the best quality care you can get. i get her back after 2 months and countless $ from insurance to fix her. Only AMG/MB certified repair shop i kno of in socal.

we took our mercedes here to have a dent we placed into it fixed... they did an excellent job fixing the car althought it did take them over a week to fix a $500 job. our car was returned washed and detailed so the extra time might just be worth it!
