I have been a client for many years, through several animals, and they have always been professional, caring, and thorough. When the Dr. feels it's the animal's time, they will be very honest with you and will give you your options. The staff is wonderful and helpful and I feel that my animals get very good care at Sequoia Animal Hospital.

I have a mixed review. I rated this a four because the specialist I was referred to, Dr. Jorgensen, really knows what she's doing. I thought I was going to be there to kiss my kitty goodbye (to heaven) but he made a complete turn around under her care.

But the place is way too busy. It took over 24 hours for them to hold him until she could apply any care to him. Every time she has needed to see him, I had to drop him off for several hours until she got the chance to see him. I felt really weird having to do this with my cat.

The people working behind the counter are really nice, and were very understanding and helpful when I was worried about my cat. I was a tough client and they maintained my dignity. So... four stars, but if you've got a hometown vet, you might prefer to avoid the long wait.
