Lyresa is one of the best health care providers I know. As an athlete herself, she approaches the issues I have had with focus, leading techniques and the understanding of one who trains and believes deeply in the benefits of fitness.

She embodies great health herself and is a big inspiration as an athlete. She makes it her priority to support you doing and excelling in the sports/activities you love. Her understanding of body mechanics is extraordinary, and she's really easy to work with. She'll prescribe physical therapy style exercises to gain and maintain the strength and balance the body needs to function properly. She's a joy to work out problems with, and never tries to get you to come back unnecessarily. She had me bring in my bike and she measured things and got me finally set up right and she was totally knowledgeable about various components I could get to customize the fit to prevent injuries in the future. She is awesome and I'll drive a long way to keep seeing her.

Lyresa is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable about bone and muscle structure, she has a holistic understanding about the human body. She is an accomplished athlete and understands first hand about what your hobbies can do to sometimes throw you out of whack. She doesn't try to sign you up for more than what you need. She teaches you effective exercises for prevention. Her staff are very competent. Billing is always accepted by my insurance company, there are never any mistakes with codes, etc. I heartily recommend her!
