The guys at Tire Pros are awesome! I had a flat tire from a dern nail over at the Boys & Girls Club in Newhall & I called Chad at 5:50pm (10 min before closing) one day. He sent one of the guys over to rescue the damsel in distress (of course I was wearing a dress & heels!). Then I drove over to the shop where they checked out the problem which turned out to be a very damaged tire that needed to be replaced. They didn't have the one I needed in stock, so they set me up with a loaner for overnight. I went back the next day to get my tire and the price was more than reasonable. Great guys!

I've had a few issues with my truck and needed someone to look at it. My friend suggested Tire Pros; they do all her work. I went in and Chad (one of the owners) told me what part to get from the dealer. When I returned, he took my truck right in and installed the part. He charged me a fair labor price and that's it. My husband was having problems with his alternator and we were MORE than pleased with the customer service; he pulled some strings with a buddy of his to lower the cost of our part! I need my brakes looked at, there's no other place I'd trust with my truck. Everyone who I've delt with there are really nice people, they don't try and get you to any unnecessary work, and they do good quality work.

I had a flat tire on my BMW because of a bad valve stem and called up to see if they could take a look at it. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and he didn't even charge me. What a very nice place. They carry a wide selection of tires and the owner is very nice and helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
