I don't recommend this dealer to know one, their money hungry all they care about is closing the sale. this guy name Jesus i believe his a financial manager was explain to us the deal at the end he was upset because i didn't agree on the price after awhile of talking he walk away and said please leave come back when you make up your mind. I was so upset at the fact he yelled at me I ask to speak to is manager , this guy came in his name is Gary he was worst he kicked us out and laugh at us. I seriously don't recommend this dealer to anyone if you decided to go their make sure your not help by Gary or Jesus their the most shaddy rude persons you will ever meet ....plus all they care about is the sale not really about what you want......

This place is awful. Worst customer service. Don't try to buy a car here. The salespeople and salesmanagers are rude. A guy named Gary yelled at us and kicked us out because we wouldn't agree to their price.

I have been dealing with toyota of glendale for the last 20 years, my kids are going to college and they all drive toyotas and we all service our toyotas at this dealership and their service has consistently being great. I deal with either Peter or Carlos and their personal attention is just beyond great. I give this dealer five starts for their service

Ratings_icons The Service Department Lied to Me

I brought my 2006 Matrix (20,000 miles) there because another mechanic told me that my transmission fluid was dirty and that I should have it changed by the dealer while it's still under warrantee. Well, the guy in the service department at Toyota of Glendale told me that the fluid was not dirty, but that the new fluid they use is amber, not pink. I checked with yet another mechanic and he confirmed that the man at this dealership lied to me. Transmission fluid should be a dark pink or red. Not surprising for a service department to lie, I guess, but really pathetic nonetheless. Everyone should know that these people are crooks.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN TOYOTA GLENDALE. The sellers DO NOT HONOR THE DEALS. I had a deal and when i came back to finalize the purchase, the seller tells me he only said he only gave that deal cause he wanted to be MY FRIEND. VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHen i say im not gonna buy from him, he calls the manager and other four guys, gathering around me and being rude and asking SO what yu want , what u want, really agressive. It was awful and UNPROFESSIONAL.

About 3 years ago my father-in-law wanted to buy a corolla from Toyota of Glendale and was treated terribly.

So when I was in the market for a Toyota, I tried other Toyota dealerships before going to Glendale. Unfortunately, the service at the other places was so bad that I decided that to give them a try.Wow! what a difference. The sales people were nice and helpful. They were not pushy at all. Of course, when it came to the negotiation process they did try to get me to pay sticker price, but I just stood my ground and got a pretty good deal.

I highly recommend purchasing a car from this establishment!

I have a Sienna on a very affordable lease and dh has a Highlander, both with Lisa Charles who is the BEST! Ms Charles is straightforward, honest and good at her job. She also helped our credit impaired friend score the car of her dreams, yay! Lisa is our first and ONLY choice.
