I've used these guys three times, once to lay hardwoods from scratch, and twice to refinish floors. They do a great job, they stick to their schedule, and they're remarkably tidy -- given that, by the very nature of their work, they're blowing sawdust in the air and slapping varnish around. AND DID I MENTION THE REASONABLE PRICES
